As we approach the end of the year, the Board and Management want to wish everyone a joyful holiday season filled with family, friends, and community cheer. We also have a few important updates and friendly reminders to share.

2026 HOA Assessments

Management has received a number of inquiries regarding the upcoming 2026 HOA assessments, which are due January 1, 2026. Homeowners have until January 31, 2026 to make their payment without penalty. If you need additional time, you can set up a Board-approved payment plan by reaching out to payments@legacyswhoa.com. We encourage everyone to make arrangements early so the start of the new year is stress-free!

Friendly Community Reminders

• Keep walkways and common areas clear to ensure safety for all residents.
• Please place trash and recycling in designated containers, and avoid leaving items in common areas.
• Remember to drive safely and observe speed limits within the community, especially with children playing and neighbors walking.
